
Account and Data Deletion (In-App Process)
1. How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly inside the app by following these steps:
- Open the My Maestor app
- Go to Account settings
- Tap Delete user
- Confirm action
2. What happens after deletion
Once you confirm the deletion:
- Your account will be permanently removed
- Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized (as required by law)
- You will lose access to the app and all related services
- This action cannot be undone
3. Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed immediately or within a short technical period (up to 30 days in some cases, depending on legal or security requirements).
