The company operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations.

My Maestor is a technology platform whose purpose is to facilitate contact between individuals who need services and independent professionals who offer such services.

The platform acts exclusively as a technological intermediary and does not intervene in the actual provision of services or in economic agreements between the parties.

My Maestor:

• Does not provide professional services of any kind
• Does not set prices
• Does not negotiate conditions
• Does not intervene in payments for services
• Does not supervise or control the execution of services

The platform is limited to providing search, communication, and booking tools.

There are two types of users:

Professionals act at all times as independent contractors, and no employment, commercial, partnership, agency, or representation relationship exists with My Maestor.

Any agreement is established exclusively between the client and the professional, who are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations.

The platform allows users to request services and coordinate dates and schedules.

My Maestor does not guarantee the availability of professionals or the acceptance of requests.

Cancellations, modifications, pricing, and service conditions must be agreed directly between the parties.

Access to the platform is free of charge for Client Users.

Professional Users may be required to purchase paid subscription plans in order to:

• Create and maintain a professional profile
• Receive service requests and bookings
• Access enhanced visibility or advanced platform features

Subscription fees grant access to platform functionalities only and do not constitute payment for services rendered to clients.

My Maestor:

• Does not charge commissions on services
• Does not participate in payments between users
• Does not guarantee any minimum number of service requests, bookings, or income to Professional Users

Subscription terms, pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations may be modified by My Maestor and will be communicated to Professional Users through the platform.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of the Professional User account.

Users agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Act in good faith and with respect toward other users

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent use
• Identity impersonation
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes
• Misuse of data or content belonging to other users

My Maestor reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users or to the company, without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Maestor shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Financial losses or loss of profits
• Damages resulting from improperly performed services
• Disputes, claims, or conflicts between users

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

My Maestor, its trade name, logo, design, software, source code, structure, databases, and content are the exclusive property of My Maestor Group EOOD and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of these elements without the express written consent of the company is strictly prohibited.

My Maestor may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The updated terms shall apply from the moment they are published on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
